VIETNAM Phase 1 & 2
From 2022 to 2024
CREATIVE has kicked off and expedited the expansion of our service to Vietnam to serve customer with locational advantages. Phase 1 factory will have to die casting, stamping and plastic Injection moulding, inhouse tooling design and fabrication.
CREATIVE is investing in One Stop Solution with cutting edge hybrid manufacturing process, integrate with AI and flexible automation process to serve the best to our customer.
The factory is to be equiped with Start to End process, incudes design, prototyping, plastic injection, die casting, stamping , forging, machining and product to be completed with painting, coating, anodizing and automated inspection capabilities.
Auto Spray Painting Process:
CREATIVE auto spray painting 5 layers processes will be the upgraded curing process with SCADA system to control the cosmetic quality paint thickness, with consistant input and output.
Auto Anodizing Process:
CREATIVE auto anodizing 99 processes will be the upgraded anodizing process with SCADA system to control the cosmetic quality or any color and brigthness of the product, with consistant input and output.
